We stand proudly behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive from World Champion, just return it in new, unused condition for a full credit, exchange or refund. Please do take care in placing customized or special orders as we cannot accept custom or special orders for return.
FREE Returns/Exchanges
If you have an item to return, please call our toll free number 1-800-251-3490 to get a FREE UPS return shipping label. Merchandise returned in new, unused condition within 60 days will be credited, exchanged or refunded in full. Other merchandise will incur a restocking fee. Merchandise returned without a FREE UPS shipping return label will not be qualified for return shipping reimbursement. Custom orders or special orders are not eligible for return. Return merchandise to World Champion Horse Equipment, 730 Madison Street, Shelbyville, TN 37160.
Special Orders
Can’t find what you’re looking for? We will be glad to place a special order for items not in our catalog for a $10 special order fee. These items are not eligible for return.
Backordered Products
Many of our vendors are highly specialized small businesses. Occasionally we experience delays in expected delivery. We make every effort to notify customers as soon as possible about the existence of back orders and their expected length. Please call customer service if you would prefer not to wait for a backordered item.
UPS Claims
If for any reason, you receive a damaged package via UPS, please contact our office in order to file a claim with UPS and have replacement merchandise shipped to you as soon as possible. Please be sure to save the box the merchandise was shipped in so that UPS can determine the cause of the damage.

Shipping Information
Orders are processed within one day of submitting the order on the web. We ship via UPS Ground in most all cases. Price sensitive customers can call our office to request US Postal Service shipping. Items marked FOB Shelbyville require additional postage. Saddles are shipped INSURED via UPS only and require additional shipping. Hazardous materials, aerosols and flammables cannot be shipped.
