Our Shipping Policy
We base our shipping charges on the subtotal of your order. For example, if you order between $50 to $75 of products, we offer Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping rates based on the amount of your order. These rates may change due to various surcharges or changes in rates from our vendors at any time.
Please note that our shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Certain items marked FOB Shelbyville do require additional shipping. Saddles are shipped INSURED via UPS only and do require additional shipping charges.
How much will you charge for shipping my order?
Your shipping charge will vary based on the subtotal you order, the type of products you purchase and if you are in shipping to the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii or to an international address. Saddles, Whips and Certain Other Large or Heavy Items
In addition to your freight charge, saddles require an additional $41.95 packaging and handling charge. Whips also require an additional $10 charge. Others items marked FOB Shelbyville will also require additional shipping that is noted in the product description. These products require additional packaging and handling charges to ensure they make it to you in perfect condition.
When will my shipment arrive?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 4 – 6 business days. We ship all orders within 24 hours of their receipt. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay.
Custom or special orders do often require lengthy delays. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery or inquire with your customer service representative about expected delivery dates. We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Checks are deposited upon receipt of order.
2-Day Shipping
Average orders up to 10 pounds range in cost from $13.00 - $25.00 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges. You will receive your in-stock items in 2 business days. Overnight Shipping
Average orders up to 10 pounds range in cost from $25.00 - $45.00 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges. You will receive your in-stock items the next business day. Regular Shipping
We ship United Parcel Service. Price sensitive customers can request US Postal Service delivery. Most customers will receive their in-stock items within 4 - 6 business days via UPS. US Postal Service delivery may take significantly longer.
